Mechanically protects basement insulation of buildings and structures (tunnels, underground garages). If coated with geotextile, it can drain water. Resists physical impact, chemicals, germs and bacteria. Its detailed application has been prepared by the Department of Geotechnical Engineering at the Budapest Technical University (BMGE).
